Morning Call by Greg Secker
The DOW pushed higher from the open but ran into resistance at the 13,000 level which forced the price back down to closed the day up 66 points. The S&P added 5 points and the NASDAQ gapped higher at the open but fell back to close the session up 1 point. The FTSE 100 gapped higher at the open and after swinging up and down during the session ended the day up 4 points. Futures - DOW is called down 25 points, FTSE is called down 5 points. Oil is trading at $123.89 a barrel and gold trading at $865.30.
